By using Pecan, you are agreeing to be bound by these Terms between you and Pecan Team (herein after “we”, “our” and “us”). You also agree that we may collect, use and share your information in accordance with this Privacy Policy, as revised from time to time. In addition, your use of Pecan signifies that you agree with the terms of this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with the terms of this Privacy Policy, do not use Pecan.
This Privacy Policy is incorporated into and forms part of the Pecan Terms of Service that you have agreed to in order to use Pecan. Any terms used in this Privacy Policy will have the same meaning as the equivalent defined terms in the Pecan Terms of Service unless otherwise defined in this Privacy Policy or the context requires otherwise. Unless otherwise specified in this Privacy Policy, these terms in the Pecan Terms of Service shall also be applicable in this Privacy Policy.
Any information that is collected is subject to the Privacy Policy in effect at the time such information is collected. We may, however, modify and revise our Privacy Policy from time to time. If we make any change to this policy, which we deem to be material changes, we will (where reasonably practicable) notify you of such changes by posting them on our website, through our services or by sending you an email or other notification, and we will indicate when such changes will become effective. By continuing to access or use our services after the changes become effective, with or without notification, you are agreeing to be bound by the revised policy.
Pecan may link you to social media or other features or services (including websites, plug-ins and widgets) provided by a third party. Please note that this Privacy Policy doesn’t apply to the information collected by any third-party websites, services or applications that can be accessed through our services, and does not apply to the information collected by other companies and organizations who advertise their services on Pecan. We bear no liability for any third party use of any information provided by you to them.

What Information Do We Collect
We will only use your Personal Information when the applicable laws allow us to. In general, we use your Personal Information for the following purposes:
Provision of services: to present Pecan Services and its contents to you, including any interactive features on Pecan Services, and to provide you with information, products or services that you allow us to; we also collect and use Personal Information to verify your eligibility and deliver prizes in connection with promotion activities and sweepstakes;
Improvement of services: to improve and personalize our services by presenting new services, information, recommendations, and feedback;
Customer management: to manage a registered user’s account, to provide customer support and notices to the registered user about his account or subscription, and notices about changes to Pecan Services or any other product or service we offer or provide through it;
Communication: to communicate and interact with you directly, for an example, we may send notifications regarding upcoming changes, promotion activities or improvements on Pecan Services;
Content review: to review pictures, images and contents posted or generated on Pecan Services to ensure that we comply with any applicable content regulations in any relevant jurisdiction;
Customization of content: to perform research and analysis about your use of, or interest in contents, products, advertising, or services available on Pecan Services in order to develop and display content tailored to your interests on our Website and App;
Performance Analysis: to determine whether users of Pecan Services are unique, or whether the same user is using Pecan Services on multiple occasions, and to monitor aggregate metrics such as total number of visitors, number of videos viewed, demographic patterns;
Functionality and security: to identify users not meeting the age limit, to diagnose or fix technology problems, and to detect, prevent, and respond to actual or potential fraud, illegal activities, or intellectual property infringement;
Compliance: to enforce our terms of use and to comply with our legal obligations;
Aggregation: to aggregate information we collect about you to which one or more purposes described above.
Cookie: We and our vendors and service providers use cookies and other similar technologies (e.g., web beacons, flash cookies, etc.) (“Cookies”) to automatically collect information, measure and analyze which web pages you click on and how you use the Platform, enhance your experience using the Platform and improve our services. Cookies are small files which, when placed on your device, enable the Platform to provide certain features and functionality. Additionally, We link your contact or subscriber information with your activity on our Platform across all your devices, using your email or other log-in or device information. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of these third parties, and the information practices of these third parties are not covered by this Privacy Policy.
You may be able to refuse or disable Cookies by adjusting your browser settings. Because each browser is different, please consult the instructions provided by your browser. Please note that you may need to take additional steps to refuse or disable certain types of Cookies. In addition, your opt-out selection is specific to the particular browser or device that you are using when you opt out, so you may need to opt-out separately for each of browser or device. International Data Transfers

You are responsible for maintaining the secrecy of your password and account information at all times.
Service Provider
We can hire third-party companies and individuals to provide convenience for our services, or ("Service Providers") to provide services on our behalf, provide service related services, or analyze how to use our services.
These third parties accessing your personal data are used to perform these tasks on our behalf and have an obligation not to disclose or use it for other purposes.
Your Choices
You can set your browser to refuse all or some browser cookies or to alert you when cookies are being sent. Please note that your choice to disable cookies will be specific to the particular browser or device that you are using when you disable cookies, so you may need to separately disable cookies for each type of browser or device. If you disable or refuse cookies, please note that some parts of the Website may then be inaccessible or not function properly.
You can at any time request to opt out from allowing us to send you push notifications by adjusting the permissions in your mobile device.
You can switch off GPS location, Microphone, Camera or other similar functions on your mobile device if you do not wish to share them. You can also hide your location, videos uploaded, recent active time and other information by adjusting “Privacy” setting.
You can choose not to provide us with Personal Information, but that may result in you being unable to use certain features of Pecan Services because such information may be required for you to register as a user, purchase Paid Services, participate in a promotion, survey, sweepstakes or make complaints.
You can make changes to your information, including accessing your information, correcting or updating your information or deleting your information by editing your profile in the App.
Your rights
Depending on the applicable laws and regulations in the area where you live, you may have some or all of the following rights: Access and update certain personal information you provided to us by logging into your Pecan account and using the features it provides; Request to view the data stored in your Pecan account for each Pecan service you use; Correct and delete personal information stored on Pecan services; or You can use the platform settings function or independently set or change the mobile advertising identifier in your mobile device or limit ad tracking through the privacy settings of your mobile device.
Children
The Services are not directed at children under the age of consent (namely, below the age where consent must be given or authorized by the holder of parental responsibility over the child, as required under the applicable law in the jurisdiction you reside in ( “Age of Consent”)). If you are under the Age of Consent you may use the Services only if consent is given or authorized by the holder of parental responsibility.
If Company learns that Personal Information of persons under the Age of Consent has been collected on or through the Services without parental or guardian consent, Company will take appropriate steps to delete this information unless it is needed to comply with any legal or statutory obligation.
Retention of Your information
As long as you have your account, we will keep your personal and other information.
You can request to delete your account at any time through the application message > service or email. After appropriate review, you may delete information that is no longer required for regulatory, tax, insurance, litigation, or other legal reasons. For example, if needed, you can keep your device and data for a reasonable period of time. This information may be stored for security, safety, fraud prevention and investigation, and development purposes. In some cases, you may not be able to cancel the account (such as balances or unresolved charges or complaints). If the unblocking issue is resolved, please follow the instructions above to delete the account.
For safety, security, and fraud prevention, you may need to store certain information. For example, if your account is closed due to bad behavior or security incidents, you can save account-specific information to prevent users from creating new money in the future.
Changes and Updates to This Privacy Policy
We may modify or revise our privacy policy from time to time. Although we may attempt to notify you when major changes are made to this privacy policy, you are expected to periodically review the most up-to-date version found at Pecan Services so you are aware of any changes, as they are binding on you.
If we change anything in our privacy policy, the date of change will be reflected in the "last updated date". By continuing to access or use the Services after those changes become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised Privacy Policy.
